Rate and review your Scuut International Transport ride experience, helping us continually improve and ensuring quality service for all.
In achieving our goal of elite customer service,
our drivers will experience a system that is transparent and fair. Our system allows our drivers to know the fee SCUUT charges its customers. Beginning drivers will earn 60% of the ride fare. After 30 days of driving without incident, drivers will earn 65% of the fare. After 60 days of safe driving, drivers’ earnings will increase to 70% of the fare. After 90 days of safe driving, drivers will be eligible to be classified as an “ELITE SCUUTER.” An “ELITE SCUUTER” can earn up to 75% of driving fare as long as other conditions are met.
When a driver accepts a ride, SCUUT’S
fee will appear on the screen, along with the earnings the driver makes, and the fee SCUUT receives. Our system allows all parties to enjoy a better experience. SCUUT believes a system that is transparent, shares the fare with drivers, and allows drivers to receive increased pay is the key to better customer service.
